SUMMARY

Free shipping: On purchases of 699 DKK or more (Denmark)
Delivery time: 1-3 working days
Carrier: GLS in Denmark, UPS in all other countries
Tracking: You get a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched
International delivery: The shipping price and delivery time are shown at checkout. For countries outside the EU, customs duties and import VAT may be added on top
Returns: If you live in the EU or Norway, you can get a return label in the returns portal. Exchanges are free in Denmark and Sweden; otherwise you pay for the label. See §7 and www.maerkbare.dk/policies/refund-policy

1. SHIPPING COSTS

Denmark:

1.1 All prices on maerkbare.dk are final prices incl. VAT.

International delivery:

1.2 Shipping prices for your country – and what an order must cost for shipping to be free – are shown at checkout.

1.3 Delivery time (international): 1-5 working days.

1.4 Delivery method: International orders are delivered to the nearest parcel shop (pick-up point).

2. DELIVERY TIME

2.1 Standard delivery time (Denmark): 1-3 working days

2.2 Working days means Monday to Friday, except Danish public holidays.

2.3 The delivery time is counted from the dispatch of your order, not from the time the order was placed.

3. CARRIER AND TRACKING

3.1 We ship with GLS in Denmark and with UPS to all other countries.

3.2 You receive an email with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

3.3 With the tracking link you can follow your parcel and see the expected delivery date.

4. WHEN IS MY ORDER DISPATCHED?

4.1 Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are normally dispatched the same day.

4.2 Orders placed after 14:00 or at the weekend are dispatched the next working day.

4.3 In busy periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) dispatch may take 1-2 extra working days.

5. TRANSFER OF RISK

5.1 You bear the risk for the goods once you (or a person you have designated) have received the parcel.

5.2 As long as the goods are with the carrier, the risk is ours. If the parcel is damaged or lost in transit, contact us – we will sort it out.

6. COLLECTION IN STORE

6.1 You can also collect your order free of charge in one of our stores:

6.2 Choose “Collect in store” at checkout and state which store.

7. RETURN SHIPPING

7.1 If you live in the EU or Norway, you can get a return label in our returns portal at www.maerkbare.dk/start-retur – GLS in Denmark, UPS in the other countries.

7.2 If you exchange, the return label is free in Denmark and Sweden. In the other EU countries and in Norway it costs the same as when you withdraw from a purchase, and you pay for it in the portal before the label is created.

7.3 If you withdraw from the purchase, you pay for the return label. The price is shown in the portal before you confirm, and it is deducted from your refund.

7.4 The price depends on which country you send from. You can find the price for your country at www.maerkbare.dk/pages/levering-ombytning-returnering, and it is always shown in the portal before you confirm. In Denmark the return label costs 39 DKK. 7.5 You are not obliged to use our label. You may send the goods back at your own expense with the carrier you want.

7.6 We cannot create a return label for countries outside the EU (except Norway), for Cyprus and Malta, for Ceuta and Melilla or for the Canary Islands, the Azores and Madeira. From there you send the goods back yourself at your own expense. See the returns policy.
