Description

Heat-insulating insole for toddlers with NASA-developed Outlast technology. Regulates the temperature inside the shoe, keeping small feet warm in cold weather without losing the thin, flexible barefoot feel.

  • Outlast technology: The material was originally developed by NASA for space gloves and actively regulates the temperature in the shoe. Absorbs excess heat and releases it again when the temperature drops, so feet get neither too warm nor too cold.
  • Thin profile: At only 3.5 mm thick, the insole preserves close contact with the ground. Children’s feet still get sensory feedback from the ground surface, promoting natural movement and balance.
  • Fits winter shoes: Supplied as standard with Vivobarefoot Winterproof shoes and can be added to other Vivobarefoot models for extra warmth in winter. Easy to replace, making it simple to switch between seasons.

Materials

  • Core: Outlast foam with phase-change material (PCM) for temperature regulation
  • Top: Textile with heat-regulating properties
  • Bottom: Non-slip surface adapted for Vivobarefoot footwear

Care

Air-dry the insoles after use in damp weather. Avoid direct heat sources such as radiators or tumble dryers, as they can damage the Outlast material.
