Description
Thermally insulating insole for toddlers with Outlast technology developed by NASA. Regulates the temperature inside the shoe to keep small feet warm in cold weather without losing the thin, flexible barefoot feel.
- Outlast technology: The material was originally developed by NASA for space gloves and actively regulates the temperature inside the shoe. Absorbs excess heat and releases it again when the temperature drops, so feet become neither too hot nor too cold.
- Thin profile: At only 3.5 mm thick, the insole maintains close contact with the ground. Children's feet still receive sensory feedback from the ground surface, promoting natural movement and balance.
- Fits winter shoes: Included as standard with Vivobarefoot Winterproof shoes and can be added to other Vivobarefoot models for extra warmth during the colder half of the year. Easy replacement makes it simple to switch between seasons.
Materials
- Core: Outlast foam with phase change material (PCM) for temperature regulation
- Top: Textile with heat-regulating properties
- Underside: Non-slip surface adapted to Vivobarefoot footwear
Care
Air-dry the insoles after use in damp weather. Avoid direct heat sources such as radiators or tumble dryers, as these can damage the Outlast material.
