Altra Escalante 5 Mens – Birch/Mountain Trail/Ancient Scroll

Description

Running shoes for roads and everyday use with zero drop and a low stack height. The Altra EGO foam midsole provides responsive push-off, the knitted upper is shaped around the foot, and the FootShape last gives the toes space while maintaining a secure hold on the midfoot.

• zero drop: No heel lift keeps the foot in a natural position. Load is distributed evenly from heel to forefoot.
• Low stack height: The sole has a low profile, keeping the foot close to the ground and allowing it to move freely.
• Altra EGO midsole: The midsole is made of Altra EGO foam. It is responsive and provides cushioning without making push-off soft.
• FootShape last: The toe box is wide and gives the toes room to spread while holding the midfoot securely.
• Rubber outsole: The updated rubber outsole increases durability without making the shoe heavier.
• Knitted upper: The upper is knitted and shaped to the foot. The collar and front edge have been redesigned for a classic look.
