Here we try to answer the questions we get most often in the shops, on our social media and by email.

What are your opening hours?

"How wide is this model?"

It is always very difficult to say anything about the width of models, as width in shoes can feel different in so many ways. Width in cm is one thing, but the amount and shape of the upper material is very important, and you can only feel that when you put your feet into the shoes.

Measuring the width of shoes is also really difficult without cutting them completely in half, and we would very much like to avoid that :-)

"How long do shoes like these last?"

It depends on how much, and how, they are used. We have seen 8-9 year old shoes that still work fine. They have been well cared for, used for their purpose, and rotated with other shoes.

We have also seen shoes that are completely worn out after one year of use. Everyday shoes that were used for hiking, running, nights out and everything in between. They will of course not last as long. 

To make the shoes last longer, we recommend rotating regularly between 2-3 pairs of shoes. That way the soles and materials will last much longer!

"Do you have to wear the shoes without socks?"

You do not have to. The barefoot purpose is about giving the feeling of walking without support, and feeling the ground as much as possible

So it is entirely up to you whether you go barefoot in them or not :-)

"Can I use orthopaedic insoles in the shoes?"

Many people use orthopaedic insoles in our shoes, as there is finally room for the toes in them. 

It may not be our idea and philosophy, but the most important thing for us is that the shoes you choose suit YOU, and feel good on YOUR feet

"How do I return an item I bought online?"
