Affenzahn Snow Boot Vegan Snowy – Flamingo

Description

One of our best winter boots from Affenzahn. The upper consists of regenerated nylon and a tex membrane. Soft lining retains warmth during play in freezing weather. The thin, flexible sole of these vegan minimalist winter shoes for children provides good contact with the ground.

• Membrane: The AffenTex membrane means the shoes can be called waterproof, but we point out that only wellington boots are 100% waterproof. For further information on waterproofing, you can read our blog here.
• Warm lining: 100% recycled polyester insulates effectively. It retains warmth even at temperatures below 0 °C and maintains breathability.
• Thin, flexible sole: A 5 mm blend of 70% synthetic rubber and 30% natural rubber with no extra cushioning. Children can feel the ground, which strengthens their balance.
• Quick lace lock: Elastic laces with a lock secure the fit with a single pull. In sizes 21-24, the laces are shorter for an optimal fit on smaller feet. The lock keeps the laces in place throughout play.

Materials

• Upper: ECONYL® regenerated nylon and bluesign®-certified polyamide microfibre.
• Lining: 100% recycled polyester. Retains its softness even in damp conditions.
• Sole: 70% synthetic rubber and 30% natural rubber. Approx. 460 g per pair in size 30. The patterned tread provides grip on wet surfaces.
• Membrane: AffenTex membrane, repels moisture from outside and lets perspiration vapour escape.
• Laces and lock: Vegan elastic laces with a lace lock.

Care

Clean by hand with mild soap and a soft brush. Rinse off excess soap residue and leave the boots to air-dry away from direct heat. Apply a water-repellent treatment before first use to maintain waterproofing.
