Altra King MT 2 Mens – Black

Description

Trail shoes with zero drop, a Vibram® Megagrip sole, Stoneguard protection and a wide toe box for rocky trails, muddy tracks and steep descents. The black mesh upper dries quickly, and a drainage system in the sole channels water out after water crossings. Weigh 292 g.

• Vibram® Megagrip outsole: Vibram® Litebase rubber reduces outsole weight. The Megagrip compound grips both wet rock and mud. Aggressive lugs handle loose ground.
• Altra EGO™ midsole: Dual-component foam with low cushioning and fast energy return. A 19 mm stack height maintains contact with the ground.
• Stoneguard protection: Thermoplastic insert between the midsole and outsole. Blocks sharp stones without making the sole stiff.
• Open mesh upper: Lightweight mesh with welded structural overlays moulds around the foot. Dries quickly after water crossings. A drainage system in the sole channels water out.
• Wide toe box and zero drop: The toes can spread naturally and land freely. No heel lift keeps the foot in a natural position.
• GaiterTrap attachment: A Velcro closure in the collar holds a cord-free gaiter in place. Keeps sand and mud out without extra straps.
