Description

Set of five toe spacers and a big toe band to restore natural toe position and strengthen the foot’s small muscles. Suitable for daily training and rehabilitation of bunions, hammer toes and overlapping toes after years in narrow shoes.

• Toe spacers: Wear for 10 minutes daily and gradually increase the duration. Help counteract the effects of narrow toe boxes and provide relief from bunions, hammer toes and overlapping toes.
• Big toe band: Elastic band for training the big toe to activate the abductor hallucis. Improves stability at the base of the big toe.
