Set of five toe spacers and a big toe band for restoring natural toe position and strengthening the small muscles of the foot. Suitable for daily training and rehabilitation of bunions, hammer toes and overlapping toes after years in narrow shoes.

• Toe spacers: Wear 10 minutes daily and gradually longer. Help counteract the effects of narrow toe boxes and give relief for bunions, hammer toes and overlapping toes.
• Big toe band: Elastic band for the big toe, which trains activation of the abductor hallucis. Improves stability in the base of the big toe.
• Foot mobility and alignment: Stretches the fascia and the small foot muscles, improves mobility and promotes better contact between brain and foot.
• Use: Used for training, rehabilitation and daily maintenance of foot health. Suitable for Morton’s neuroma, metatarsalgia and tendonitis.
