Minimalist training shoe with zero drop, 2 mm outsole and wide toe box for strength training, CrossFit and functional fitness. The upper is made of 100% recycled polyester mesh with KPU reinforcement, and the shoe weighs 266g (EU 38).

• Zero drop and thin sole: 2 mm outsole with 1.5 mm lugs gives direct contact with the ground. Ground feel helps balance and stability in strength exercises such as deadlifts and squats.
• Grip and stability: Raised lugs and raised sidewalls in the midfoot give grip and lateral stability for quick changes of direction and heavy loads.
• Breathable mesh upper: 100% recycled polyester (RPET) with ribbed KPU reinforcement gives airflow and full freedom of movement.
• Ortholite insole: Made of 98% recycled polyurethane foam. Can be removed for more ground feel or replaced with your own insole.
• Lacing system: New construction with wraparound fit and laces in recycled polyester.

• Outsole: Rubber compound (58% synthetic rubber, 22% natural rubber, 20% additives) -- 2 mm base with 1.5 mm lugs
• Insole: 98% recycled polyurethane foam with RPET cover
• Laces: 100% recycled polyester (RPET)

Care

Brush dirt off with a dry cloth. Remove the insole and air-dry at room temperature. Keep the shoe away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
