Delivery

We ship your order the same day or the next working day. If you order several items, they may come from different locations and be sent separately.

We ship with UPS. You see the shipping price and delivery time at checkout.

Customs duty and import VAT may be charged on top when the parcel is delivered.

If your parcel is delayed or lost, write to us at support@maerkbare.dk.

Exchanges

If you want the new items straight away, place a new order and return the items you do not want to keep. We refund them once we have received them. You send the items back yourself at your own expense – see Returns below.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

We cannot make a return label from your country. Send the parcel at your own expense to the address below and write to us at support@maerkbare.dk once you have sent it.

If you paid customs duty or import VAT when you received the parcel, you must claim it back from the customs authority in your country – we cannot do that for you.

Choose delivery to the address – we cannot collect a parcel that has been sent to a parcel shop.

Good to know

The items must be unused and in their original packaging. You may try them on as you would in a store.
Wrap the shoebox properly – feel free to reuse the bag we sent it in.
We process returns within 1-3 working days of receiving them.
