We give a 100-day satisfaction guarantee on one pair of Vivobarefoot shoes per customer. We want you to be satisfied with your shoes, and at Vivobarefoot we can offer this extra guarantee. 🎉

Even if you have worn the shoes, we can exchange them for another pair, or you can get your money back.

You create your guarantee case in the form at the bottom of the page. You are also welcome to visit our Vivobarefoot Concept Store.

How it works

1. Find your order. Enter your order number and the e-mail address you ordered with.
2. Select the shoes. Select the pair the case is about.
3. Tell us how the shoes performed. Choose whether you want to exchange or get your money back, and upload photos of the shoes as they look now.
4. You receive an e-mail with your reference and a link to create a return label.
5. Send the shoes to us, or hand them in at one of our stores.
6. We process the case once the shoes have arrived, and reply by e-mail.

All communication about the case takes place in that e-mail thread, so you can always just reply to the e-mail.

You are very welcome to describe your use of the shoes in more detail. We always want to hear and understand what you are dissatisfied with.

Conditions

• The guarantee applies to one pair of Vivobarefoot shoes per customer and can be used once.
• You must create the case within 100 days of your purchase date.
• The shoes must be cleaned before you send them.
• We need photos of the shoes when you create the case.
• You pay the return shipping. If you hand the shoes in at one of our stores, it costs nothing.
• You choose whether to exchange for another pair or get your money back.
