GaithappensToe Spacers

Description

Gaithappens toe spacers in medical-grade silicone separate the toes and activate the small muscles of the foot. They can be worn in shoes with a wide toe box and are suitable for everyday use. Available in three sizes (S, M, L) and can be trimmed with scissors for an individual fit.

• Toe alignment: The spacer separates the toes and creates natural spacing. Over time, this promotes better alignment of the metatarsal bones.
• Muscle activation: Spreading the toes increases activation of the small muscles of the foot. This can improve balance and strengthen the foot muscles.
• Customised fit: Can be trimmed with ordinary scissors without the material fraying. Fits different shoe sizes and foot widths.
• Smooth surface: Made from medical-grade silicone with a white, transparent finish. The material is non-sticky, does not collect lint and is wear-resistant.

Materials

• Main material: White, transparent medical-grade silicone. Hypoallergenic and resistant to lint and dirt.

Care

Hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and leave to air dry away from direct heat. Store in a dry place. Avoid harsh chemicals and bleach.
